Henry Darger

Henry Darger was a janitor living living alone in a one room apartment where he wrote The Story of the Vivian Girls, in What is known as the Realms of the Unreal, of the Glandeco-Angelinnian War Storm, Caused by the Child Slave Rebellion, a 15,000 page fantasy epic that was left undiscovered until his death in 1973. along with the massive text, Darger created hundreds off paintings illustrating the narrative, the story of a group of little girls who fought against there evil slave masters. with about a third-grade education and without any training or instruction in art or writing, Darger is considered the most prolific outside artist discovered to date.
